GENERAL
The availability request is not binding on either the client nor for VLS
The reservation request is binding on the customer and VLS
The booking confirmation is binding on both parties and has an option.
Final confirmation of booking you have to cancel the option, to payment of the deposit.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The reservation becomes binding V.L.S. only upon receipt of payment receipt of the deposit (30% of the total amount), or the notification of credit card data ( - Group Visa) which will be made the authorized withdrawal.

VLS send via E-mail or fax the reservation form the final show at check-in at Hotel.

CANCELLATION
In case of cancellation of the booking will be deducted the entire amount of the deposit.
